Spelling [-ing] Words 2 - DOUBLE CONSONANTS

If a verb ends with a consonant-vowel-consonant (CVC) pattern, 
it gets a double consonant + [-ing]. 

Example:  ban  --> banning
                     (cvc) --> double consonant

(**note: This rule does NOT work with words ending in w,x,y,z)
