MEANING: Rest and Relaxation (a vacation)

MEANING: to feel unwell; weak; fatigued
EXAMPLE: You look run-down. Have you seen a doctor lately?

MEANING: in poor condition; needing repair
EXAMPLE: This neighborhood is very old. All the buildings look really run-down.
